Everyone knows Drake, but have you heard this phenomenal funk remix of “One Dance” yet? I challenge you to put this on without at least bobbing your head, if not full on bouncing.
MODES is the DJ/Producer behind this fun remix. He’s a Norweigian artist with a handful of singles and EPs on Spotify and other free songs here on SoundCloud.
The extra tempo and groovy bass line lends itself really well to Drake’s smooth vocals. I also love the seamless transitions into the sax interludes. MODES does a great job on this track with balancing focal points throughout the song between instruments and vocals.
