Got another funk jam for y’all. I didn’t realize how much funk I listened to until I started writing all these posts and apparently Funky Mondays is starting to become a thing. Funk just automatically puts me in a good mood and I hope it does the same for you all too!

Alright enough about me. Today’s post comes from Tuxedo and Zapp and this one really takes you back. They even gave the video the old school aesthetic (but not that old…they do have Mortal Kombat 4 arcade cabinets after all), but I guess it would just feel wrong not to. Tuxedo hits you quickly with a groovy bass line iconic of the best funk tracks and a splash of (and a little extra) of auto-tuned vocals. I promise it’s not an overwhelming amount if 808’s & Heartbreaks or T-Pain burned you out of it.

There’s really not a whole lot to dissect about this one. Just turn your speakers up and get ready to dance (or at least do a little bounce in your chair).
