Becky and the Birds - “Wondering”
I love soulful grooves like Becky and the Birds - “Wondering”! There’s nothing particularly complex about this song and that’s so refreshing sometimes. For the most part, there’s a chill guitar loop, a subtle bass loop, and a simple drum loop with some soulful vocals over the top. Even the lyrics only contain about 6 unique lines apart from the bridge and chorus, but the melody is so beautiful I find myself running this one back over and over. It’s been a hot minute since someone pulled off dolphin notes like Mariah too!
